Wolfs Group OÜ will conduct IEO on Coinsbit cryptocurrency exchange

Real estate and fintech investing in Europe Wolfs Group OÜ has announced IEO of its WLF token on the Coinsbit cryptocurrency exchange. This was reported in an official press release.

Wolfs Group’s initial exchange offer will be held in two rounds. The first round will begin on January 11, 2020, the second on January 17, 2020. The softcaps of each round will be $ 2 million, the hardcaps — $ 10 million.

The price of one WLF token is $ 0.25. The minimum purchase order is 40 WLF ($ 10). In total, the project will issue 150 million tokens.

The bulk of the funds raised will go to the financing of Ferpay Ltd, which is responsible for the Wolfs Group OÜ fintech business. Among the products of Ferpay Ltd: cryptocurrency exchange, mobile application and money transfer service with international FCA license.

Other areas of Wolfs Group OÜ are real estate and new technologies. They are handled by Wolfs Development and Wolfs FPE, respectively.
